Abstract

Abstract:

The use of cryptography has become increasingly important in modern legal systems to protect the privacy and security of individuals and organizations. In this article, we analyze the role and significance of cryptography in modern legal systems, including its benefits and potential drawbacks. Through a review of the literature, we provide recommendations for the use of cryptography in legal systems, as well as an evaluation of its impact on protecting the rights of citizens and ensuring data security. Finally, we suggest directions for future research in the field of cryptography and its application in legal systems.
