Abstract:New
technologies and artificial intelligence register an important presence and
contribution to humanity. However, it is necessary to determine the
relationship between them and international maritime law, as well as
fundamental rights. In this installment, the author is responsible for
developing and demonstrating the transversality between fundamental rights and
them. That is, the approach to their legal and extra-legal interrelation.
